Smile

When I’m talking to you, or just around you

There is a smile in my heart

You put it  there

When you talk to me, I will not frown

I’m alive and I’m warm and light

Light a freshly baked cake just floating out of sight

I’d be wrong to push you away

I’d be wrong to rush it now

This delight, your smile

I don’t know how I’d feel without you

And I don’t want to know

Not without you

And your smile
